FAQ

• Is there a free trial? Not yet. A free download with a trial period is on the roadmap. In the meantime, email us for a promo code if you'd like to evaluate Jupiter.
• Is my data private? Completely. Your plan lives on your Mac. No account, no cloud, no analytics — nothing leaves your machine. See thePrivacy Policy.
• Is there an iPhone or iPad version? Not yet. Jupiter is Mac-first; companion apps are under consideration.
• Does it sync between Macs? Not in the current version. Sync is on the roadmap.
• Why is the App Store name "Jupiter Life Map"? App Store names must be unique, and "Jupiter" was taken. The app is Jupiter; "Life Map" is the store descriptor.
• How do I get started? TheGetting Started guide walks you from first launch to your first working plan.
• Refunds? Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds go through Apple's standard process atreportaproblem.apple.com.
